About commi/art

Welcome to commi/art

commi/art is a peer-to-peer auction platform built for artists and art lovers. We connect creators with collectors through a simple, transparent bidding system.

How it works

1. Artists create auction listings for their illustration commissions — set a starting bid, upload previews, and let the community decide the value.
2. Collectors browse, follow, and bid on pieces they love. The highest bidder wins the commission slot.
3. Direct exchange — commi/art facilitates the connection, but the transaction happens directly between artist and collector. No middleman fees.

Our mission

We believe artists deserve a space that respects their craft and their community. commi/art is designed to be calm, straightforward, and welcoming — especially for those who prefer to let their art speak for itself.

Open & transparent

commi/art is continuously evolving. Check out our changelog for the latest improvements, or read our terms of service to understand how we operate.
